The Customized Training Program supports the economic development efforts of North Carolina by providing education and training opportunities for eligible businesses and industries. How We Do It

How We Do It

CTP services range from job profiling, pre-employment training and assessment, to post-hire technical and critical soft skills training. The design and development of a customized training program will be a collaborative process to provide instruction tailored to meet the company’s needs. The road map the CTP follows is unique to the company. Lenoir Community College’s Customized Training Program offers a wide range of training to meet employer needs.
