The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Program is designed to develop a skilled workforce that meets the needs of business and industry, enabling them to compete in a global economy by helping jobseekers access training, education, and employment. This is a federal grant program serving WIOA Title I Adult and Youth populations at Lenoir Community College.
