Lenoir Community College graduate Denise Chatman of Kinston was excited to complete her Associate Degree Nursing Program and become a Registered Nurse, but her road was not easy.

Lenoir Community College's Apprenticeship program was in the spotlight on the My Carolina show in Raleigh. Dawn Kantz, Lenoir Community College's Associate Dean of Workforce Development and Amy Jones, Lenoir County Public Schools' Director of High School Education and Career Technical Education Programs, recently taped a segment on CBS 17's My Carolina TV show in Raleigh.

Graduating from Lenoir Community College was definitely a family affair when April Casey of Kinston, her two daughters, and her nephew walked across the stage for the High School Equivalency Certificate during the Transitional and Career Studies Graduation Wednesday in the Briley Auditorium.

Amazon is coming to Kinston, NC! The NCWorks Career Center in Lenoir County is hosting a Job Fair on the campus of Lenoir Community College on Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

The NCWorks Career Center- Lenoir County and the NCWorks Career Services Center -Greene County will host a Drive Thru Veterans Resource Fair on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on the main campus of Lenoir Community College.

The NCWorks Career Center – Lenoir County will be co-hosting a Job Fair with the Neuse Regional Libraries on Saturday, October 2, 2021.  The Job Fair will be held at the Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library at 510 N. Queen Street, Kinston, NC 28501 from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.  Open to the public!
