Your Step-by-Step FAFSA Guide

Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the first step toward
accessing a variety of federal and institutional aid programs at Lenoir Community College.
These include scholarships and grants, short-term training funding, and veteran benefits.
Follow these steps to complete your financial aid application process:

Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov. Lenoir Community College’s school code is 002940.

After submitting your FAFSA, monitor your LancerMAIL and myLCC for updates. If required, submit any additional forms requested by the Office of Financial Aid.

Once your FAFSA is processed and all documents are received, we will review your eligibility and package your aid. Log into myLCC to view your award.
