LCC presents the 2023 Excellence Award – Staff and Excellence in Teaching Award
Congratulations to Oscar Gutierrez and Rebecca Dail on being selected the 2023 Excellence Award - Staff recipient and 2023 Excellence in Teaching Award recipient,. Gutierrez is the College's Cloud Analyst, and Dail is the Program Chair/Instructor of the Medical Assisting Program.
LCC Biology students take the classroom outside
Lenoir Community College Principles of Biology (Biology 110) students took to outdoors to learn about watersheds, pollution, environmental equity, and local issues regarding water quality. Samantha Krop from Sound Rivers spoke to the students about monitoring and protecting waterways.

North Lenoir’s Abbi Doyle commits to LCC
LA GRANGE — Lenoir Community College now has three local commitments for the upcoming season. North Lenoir’s Abbi Doyle signed Tuesday to become a Lancer, joining Ayden-Grifton’s Avery Braswell and South Lenoir’s Marley Carter.

Marley Carter has helped South Lenoir flourish over the past two seasons and hopes for more success at the next level. Carter committed to Lenoir Community College Thursday to play volleyball.
