Aviation Systems Technology, AAS

The Aviation Systems Technology, AAS program prepares students for careers in aircraft maintenance and repair by combining classroom instruction with hands-on training in areas such as aerodynamics, aviation electronics, propulsion systems, and Federal Aviation Administration. Students learn to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot aircraft components and systems, gaining the technical skills needed to become FAA-certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technicians.
