Aviation Systems Technology, AAS

Coming in 2026 (pending FAA approval), the Aviation Systems Technology, AAS program will prepare students to become FAA-certified Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) in airframe and/or powerplant. The curriculum will be approved by the FAA under 14 CFR Part 147, and will cover aviation mathematics, FAA regulations, basic electricity, aircraft structures, engines, and maintenance.

Graduates can work as entry-level mechanics for airlines, manufacturers, repair stations, flight schools, and government aviation operations. LCC already offers short-term Airframe Maintenance classes—contact us today to learn how to start your path toward this degree option!

Industrial Systems Technology, AAS

The Industrial Systems Technology, AAS program offers a versatile and comprehensive education.

This program equips students with the technical skills and knowledge required to succeed in today’s advanced manufacturing and industrial environments.

Through hands-on training, state-of-the-art equipment, and guidance from experienced instructors, students are prepared for a variety of high-demand careers. Whether interested in precision machining or maintaining complex industrial systems, this program provides the foundation for success in a dynamic and ever-evolving field.
