A drug-free workplace and campus policy supports a safe and healthy environment for all students, employees, and visitors.

The College supports all federal laws, including but not limited to, Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 1991, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Sections 799A and 845 of the Public Health Services Act, the Equal Pay and Age Discrimination Acts, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Drug-Free Workplace Act and Drug Testing, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and Executive Order 11375.
