How Do I Verify/Confirm My Info?

Lenoir Community College students and employees are signed up to receive LancerALERTs via LancerMAIL. If Lenoir Community College generates a LancerALERT notice, it will be sent to you via LancerMAIL. If you provided the College with your cell phone number you will also receive LancerALERTs via text message.

In order to verify your LancerALERT information you will need to know how to access your LancerLOGIN. If you know your LancerLOGIN and want to verify your LancerALERT information, proceed to Step 1. If you don’t know your LancerLOGIN, follow the link below under Need My LancerLOGIN for instructions and to activate your account and login to LancerMAIL.

STEP 1:
Take me to LancerALERT Login

Use your LancerLOGIN to sign in then press the Log in button.

STEP 2:
Check to make sure your cell phone number is shown correctly. If your phone number is correct, Confirm as shown below to receive a confirmation text message.
If your number is incorrect or not listed, proceed to STEP 4.

STEP 3:
Choose the drop down arrow, and pick your cell phone carrier and then Continue.

Check your mobile phone for a text message containing a 4-digit code and enter the 4-digit code as shown below. Once the 4-digit code is entered, press Continue.
*NOTE 1: If you have not received the text message containing the 4-digit code request text message to resend.
*NOTE 2: If your mobile carrier is incorrect modify your mobile carrier.

Press Done and this process is complete.

STEP 4:
If your number is incorrect or not listed, proceed to How do I Change/Update my LancerALERT information.
