| Chris Nobles owner/operator of Hair Prophecy International of Kinston held his third annual Spring Hair and Fashion Show recently. Lenoir Community College Cosmetology students Aaron Blackmon and Ashley Ormand won first and third place respectively. The experience was a great group effort and the students gained knowledge of runway hair and fashion competition.
