Bill Arnold is the man who created the N.C. Film Office more than 25 years ago and is a native of eastern North Carolina. Our state has ranked third in the nation in filmmaking since 1985, behind California and New York!

Bill Arnold, Kinston native Gerald Waller, and Connie Nelson, author of the book The Film Junkie's Guide to North Carolina , will be sharing movie clips, stories, and a history of the film industry in NC at 11:00 in the Waller Auditorium. There will also be an opportunity to meet and greet the speakers. This is your chance to break into pictures! Join us on the 13th!
