WHAT IS LancerMAIL?

LancerMAIL is the email system for students at Lenoir Community College. It is a partnership between Lenoir Community College and Microsoft, using Microsoft’s Windows Live. You will need your LancerLOGIN to access LancerMAIL.

Your LancerLOGIN is used to log into Moodle, LancerMAIL, LancerALERT, and WebADVISOR. Your LancerLOGIN allows you to have one username and password to access all of your Lancer online resources.

WHAT IS MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
Your LancerMAIL email address will be your LancerLOGIN ID@lancers.lenoircc.edu. For example: if your name is John Doe and your LancerLOGIN is jmdoe99, your new college email address will be jmdoe99@lancers.lenoircc.edu.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LancerMAIL
In order to use the complete set of features and get the best possible experience from your LancerMAIL email account, you need to use one of the recommended web browsers: Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) or higher for Windows, Mozilla Firefox 3.0.1 or higher for Windows or Mac, or Safari 3.1 or higher for Mac OS X. Please note that even though these browsers are considered supported, there are still a few options which are NOT accessible from browsers other than Internet Explorer 7 or 8 – including accessing the Junk E-mail settings in the new email system. HOW DO I CHANGE MY LancerMAIL PASSWORD?
To activate your LancerLOGIN account or to reset your Lancer Login password choose “Activate LancerLOGIN/Reset Password” below.
