WIA funds are
available to help you pay for books, tuition, supplies, and fees for your
education.
Counseling
sessions, with your Youth Case Manager will be held every-other week. At that time you turn in your completed
time sheets and speak with your case manager about any concerns you may have.
These sessions are mandatory.
If it is your decision
to enroll in school, be sure to think about where you are now and where
it is you would like to be upon completion of your education. Make
your plans and set goals to achieve the outcome(s) you desire.
Upon completion of your
educational and career goals, you will be exited from the program. After
your exit you will be required to keep in touch with your WIA Youth Counselor
for a period of one full calendar year.
Your success in the
Youth Program depends on YOU! We
want to help
you complete your educational goals. Your
success and the success of future members is dependent on whether you complete your
planned goals successfully and find employment.
