PAYMENT, REFUND, TUITION RATES AND FEES
Payments
Please contact the cashier's office at 252-527-6223 ext. 324 to make a payment over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard or you may pay by visiting the cashier's office in the Administrative Building and paying with cash, check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. Currently there is no way to pay online.

If you are a financial aid student please check WebAdvisor to view your award letter to verify that the funds awarded are sufficient to cover your tuition.
 

Note: Financial Aid funds cannot be paid for courses that are not in the student’s program.

 
Payment Deadlines:
**COURSE(S) ARE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED IF SUMMER 2013 BALANCE IS NOT PAID BY SPECIFIED DATE. Deadlines apply regardless of course start date.
 
Summer 2013 Payment Due Dates:

If you register between April 26 and May 9, tuition must be paid by May 10 at 1 p.m.

If you register between May 10 and May 22, tuition must be paid by May 22 at 7 p.m.

Registration after May 22 must be paid on the day of registration.

 
Fall 2013 Payment Due Dates:

If you register between April 15 and April 19, tuition must be paid by July 9 at 1 p.m.

If you register between July 15 and August 5, tuition must be paid by August 5 at 5 p.m.

If you register between August 12 and August 21, tuition must be paid by August 21 at 5 p.m.

 
Refund Policy
May 20 , 2013

You must officially withdraw from class(es) in the Registrar’s Office by 7 p.m. to receive 100% refund for tuition.

May 21-22 , 2013

You may add a course by seeing your advisor and submitting your request to the Registrar’s Office before 7 p.m.

May 22 , 2013

The last day you may qualify for a 75% refund if withdrawing from a first 5-week course.

May 28 , 2013

The last day you may qualify for a 75% refund if withdrawing from a 10-week course.

Your refund is based on the actual census (10%) date for each class and varies by class start date and meeting time. You may check with the Registrar’s Office or your instructor for the census date of your class.

 

Adding and dropping courses during the Add Period?  Changing sections?

You must add your additional course at the exact time you are dropping your previous course to avoid the 25% penalty for dropping a course during the Add Period.  See a counselor/advisor BEFORE you withdraw from a course.
