Instructions on How to activate your LancerLOGIN:

In order to activate your LancerLOGIN, you will need the following information:
  • Student/Employee ID OR SSN
  • Your Last Name
  • Your Date of Birth
  • A strong password - Your password must be at least 7 characters in length and must contain characters from three of the following categories: English uppercase characters (A through Z), English lowercase characters (a through z), Base 10 digits (0 through 9), Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %).

When you arrive to the activation page, you will see the fields for your information and some Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) about the activation page.

STEP 1:

Enter your information in the corresponding fields:

Please Note: Your password must be at least 7 characters in length and must contain characters from three of the following categories: English uppercase characters (A through Z), English lowercase characters (a through z), Base 10 digits (0 through 9), Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %).

STEP 2:

Enter the characters you see in the reCAPTCHA Image:

Note: if you cannot read the characters click the refresh button until you can read the characters.

STEP 3:

Once you enter the required information, the submit button will be enabled and you can submit your information. Click the submit button.

STEP 4:

Please wait while your information is being updated. LancerLogin Wait

STEP 5:

Once your information has been updated, a confirmation box will appear. This box will display your LancerLOGIN ID and links to the services you have access to using your LancerLOGIN. LancerLogin Wait


You have now completed the LancerLogin activation process. Please read the instructions on how to access LancerMAIL below.

Remember that your LancerLOGIN (LancerLOGIN ID and password), which you just created during this process, will be used to access Moodle, LancerMAIL, WebAdvisor, and LancerALERT.

Instructions on How to access LancerMAIL:

Now that you have activated your LancerLOGIN using the steps above, you are ready to access LancerMAIL.

STEP 1:

Type in the LancerLOGIN ID you received once your activation was complete.

STUDENTS EXAMPLE:

FACULTY/STAFF EXAMPLE:
jmdoe99@lenoircc.edu

STEP 2:

Type in the PASSWORD you created during activation. LancerMail Password

STEP 3:

Click the Sign In button. LancerMail Sign In

Note: When you login for the first time you will have to answer two questions. You will only need to do this once, on your initial login. Steps 4 and 5 will review these questions.


STEP 4:

VISION IMPAIRED
If you'd like to use the blind and low vision experience, click the box indicating your preference.

LANGUAGE
Choose the language you want to use by clicking the drop down arrow.

TIME ZONE Choose the Time Zone you are in by clicking the drop down arrrow.

Click OK.

BIRTH YEAR
Enter your Birth year.
Example: 1999

COUNTRY/REGION
Enter your country/region by clicking the drop down arrow.

ACCEPT AGREEMENTS
Click I accept to show you are in acceptance of Windows Live service agreement and Privacy Statement.
