LCC has become a model for developing athletic programs at other community
colleges. It is the oldest on-going athletic program in the North Carolina
Community College System.
Lenoir Community
College’s athletic program features many modern facilities. The Student
Union facility includes a 1800 seat gymnasium, excellent locker room facilities,
a weight room, a gymnastics room, a laundry room, classrooms and offices.
In addition to the Student Union, the College has excellent playing fields
for baseball. |
