Horticulture Improvement

Lenoir Community College Horticulture students recently lent a hand to Pride of Kinston to refresh the downtown planters along Queen Street. Helping with the project, left to right, front row, are Ben Tilghman of Kinston; Melvin Sutton of Kinston; back row, Tori Bletner of Richlands; Amy Thomas, LCC Horticulture program chair; Adrian King, Pride of Kinston; and Tara Hughes of Kinston. The project was supervised by, Philip Southerland, a member of Pride's Design Committee.
